About the Role

BCW/Workforce Development Board is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking leader to join our team as Deputy Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about workforce development, organizational leadership, and making a meaningful impact across Butler, Clermont, and Warren Counties.

The Deputy Director will work directly with the Executive Director to support organizational operations, workforce initiatives, grants, contracts, compliance, and strategic partnerships. This leadership position is designed to strengthen organizational continuity and develop a potential successor to the Executive Director.

Position Details

  • Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
  • Status: Full-time, primarily in-office position with occasional remote work upon approval
  • Requirements: No degree required; relevant professional experience and demonstrated leadership ability are highly valued
