The breakout sessions will be held in 2 different rooms with each breakout topic being a repeat in Session 2, therefore all attendees will have the opportunity to hear both topics.

Abby Melampy – Moderator

Abigail Melampy is the Government and Community Relations Manager for Duke Energy Ohio & Kentucky (DEOK), and serves as a community partner to Butler, Clinton, Montgomery, Preble, and Warren counties helping to bridge the gap between operational matters and community needs as well as assisting with economic development opportunities for the region. Prior to her current role on the Community Relations team, Abigail held various roles throughout the Human Resources function including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Training and Development, and Diversity and Inclusion since joining the company in 2015.
Abigail proudly serves on the boards for BCW Workforce as our Chair, United Way of Warren County as the Fundraising Chair, and Area Progress Council of Warren County.
A native of Cincinnati, Abigail is a proud alumna of the University of Cincinnati where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Organizational Leadership. She is currently working on her MBA at Northern Kentucky University. Abigail still lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two sons (6 and 3). In her spare time, she likes to attend Bearcats games, practice yoga and pilates, read novels, and volunteer.

Arla Pribnow – General Session Panelist

Arla Pribnow was born and raised on a farm and ranch in Montana, where she developed a strong work ethic and a lifelong love of learning. She earned her undergraduate degree from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska, and went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Education at Montana State University in Bozeman. She later pursued graduate studies at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned a Master’s degree in Education. With more than 30 years of teaching experience across five states, Arla has taught grades 2 through 6 as well as elementary music for five years. Her passion for education has shaped countless students’ lives and continues today through her work as a private piano teacher, instructing 13 students. Arla is married and the proud mother of two successful adult daughters. She also treasures her role as grandmother to two grandsons, both adopted from Russia. After living in several parts of the country, she has called Ohio home for the past five years.

Bob Pautke – General Session Panelist

Bob Pautke is a leader in his third act. He held corporate leadership positions in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Ohio, and Internationally in Australia and Europe. He was a Senior Partner in a consultancy leading business consulting and coaching projects across North America. In recent years he coaches and consults on leader development, team building and emotional intelligence with clients across the greater Cincinnati region. And as co-founder he continues to lead a community services nonprofit. For 10-years Bob served as the Volunteer President of Cincinnati’s Job Search Focus Group, one of the largest, longest running job and career search groups in the U.S.

Sally Aiken – General Session Panelist

Sally Aiken, Eastern Area Director, has been with United Way of Greater Cincinnati for over 20 years. Before coming to the Eastern Area, Sally served in various roles on the United Way annual campaign, including Director of the Relationship Management Team and Major Gifts Officer. Throughout her career, she has built strong partnerships with community leaders, donors, and volunteers, helping to drive resources and solutions where they are needed most. Sally is passionate about United Way’s mission to create opportunities for all people to thrive and remains dedicated to learning how United Way can better support families in Clermont and Brown Counties. She brings both experience and heart to her role, ensuring that the voices of local communities are heard and reflected in the work of United Way.

Samy Broyles – General Session Panelist

Samy Broyles, affectionately known as Samy from Miami to many, holds the position of Regional Director of Community and Alumni Engagement at Miami University and serves as a Deacon at ETAC Lighthouse Ministries. Samy is an alumnus of Miami University, earning his Bachelor of Integrative Studies in 2015 and his MBA just this past August. Samy has been honored with numerous awards and accolades, including but not limited to the prestigious 18 of the Last 9 Award from the Miami University Alumni Association, the James Naismith Award from The Great Miami Valley YMCA and more recently being named to the 40 under 40 list by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Samy has been actively involved in various community organizations, including The Greater Hamilton Chamber’s Board of Trustees, Stephen T. Badin High School Board of Trustees, Booker T Washington Community Center Advisory Board, the Hamilton Rotary Club Board of Directors, and the Advisory Board for Miami University’s Department of Interdisciplinary and Communication Studies. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Hamilton, the Fitton Center for Creative Arts and the GMV YMCA Board of Trustees.

Taylor Collins – General Session Panelist

Taylor Collins is a senior at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Recognized for her academic achievements, Taylor has earned more than $100,000 in scholarships to pursue her education. Her coursework has given her a deep understanding of human behavior, communication, and social interaction. In addition to her academic focus, Taylor has taken on numerous leadership roles on campus, including becoming the first-ever student manager of both Weaver Chapel and Wittenberg’s food pantry, the Campus Cupboard. She also serves as a Tiger Team Leader, mentoring and welcoming new students as they transition into college life. Taylor’s interest in communication across generations extends beyond the classroom. She spent her summer working with a local nonprofit addressing food insecurity and, earlier, launched her own business while still in high school. That entrepreneurial experience led her to become the youngest member ever of the Northwest Warren County Chamber of Commerce, where she collaborated with established business leaders. Her blend of academic study and real-world leadership gives Taylor a unique perspective on how communication styles differ across age groups. After graduation, she plans to pursue both her master’s and doctorate degrees concurrently, continuing to explore the intersection of psychology, sociology, and community impact.

Justin Conger – From Typewriters to Tiktok: Tech Across Generations

Justin became President of Conger Construction in 2016, he became the second generation of the family-owned firm established by his father and CEO, Larry Conger. As President, Justin is responsible for creating a vision and establishing the direction of the company. He owns the strategic planning process which is primarily focused on diversification and differentiation and his active role in developing, coaching, and mentoring the Executive Management Team has helped the group become known as one of the best in the industry.

Leilani Sivsov – From Handshakes to Hashtags: Communicating Across Generations

Leilani Sivsov is an energetic leader and business owner dedicated to connecting people with opportunity. As the franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals – Cincinnati East, she drives staffing solutions that help businesses grow and empowers job seekers to find meaningful work across Waynesville, Lebanon, Mason, Loveland, and greater Cincinnati.

With over 20 years in leadership roles, Leilani has overseen multimillion-dollar capital projects, facility renovations, and complex operational transitions. Her large-scale project management experience has built her reputation for strategic vision, operational excellence, and bringing teams together to deliver results.

Her impact extends well beyond business. She brings more than 10 years of board leadership, including service on country club Boards of Trustees, five years with the Club Management Association of America’s Ohio Valley Chapter (rising from Treasurer to President), and roles on the Waynesville Chamber of Commerce Business-to-Business Board and the Clermont Chamber Safety Council Board.

With a focus on people, progress, and possibility, Leilani blends operational expertise with a passion for community, workforce development, and forward momentum—making her a dynamic and inspiring voice in every role she takes on.

Nick Winnenberg – From Handshakes to Hashtags: Communicating Across Generations

Nick Winnenberg has been described as “a golden retriever with less shedding.” An innovative and passionate business leader, he focuses on data-driven storytelling, entrepreneurship, and developing people through situational leadership. He thrives in high-change, high-uncertainty environments, believing that innovation is the by-product of engaged teams and science-based management.

A two-time Ohio University Bobcat with Degrees in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Science in Management, Nick has led nonprofits, sold a million-dollar company, co-founded a podcast studio, and launched more than a few failed startups along the way. He also serves as the Corporate Developer for the Southern Ohio and Kentucky Region at Express Employment Professionals, where he’s been involved in staffing and recruiting since 2015.

Beyond business, Nick sits on community leadership boards, but his most important role began in 2021 with the birth of his son, Leon. He lives by three simple rules: Be Good, Do Well, and Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously.
