The breakout sessions will be held in 2 different rooms with each breakout topic being a repeat in Session 2, therefore all attendees will have the opportunity to hear both topics.

Kendra Ramirez – General Session Speaker
Kendra is the CEO of KR Digital Agency, a leader in Digital and AI solutions, which spearheads initiatives that drive digital and AI transformation in B2B markets. Since building bots in 2018, she has become an AI advocate, serving on the Cincinnati AI Catalyst Committee and co-hosting the Greater Cincinnati region’s largest AI meetup. With a track record of delivering 54 AI talks last year, her commitment to educating and engaging professionals in AI is her driving force. Additionally, she is globally recognized on LinkedIn.com’s homepage, recipient of the Women of Influence Award, John Barrett Entrepreneur Vision Award, Cincy Chic Woman of the Year, and STEM Influencer. As the best-selling author of “Marketing Fusion” and “Micro Shift,” Kendra shares insights on leveraging digital technologies and the importance of understanding our mindset. She has over 15 years in technology companies, her leadership is focused on navigating change in sales, marketing, and recruiting for B2B clients.

Sean O’Grady – Speaker
Sean has 25 years of diverse experience in the field of automation. He has served in various engineering and management positions for leading companies in the industrial automation field. Sean has a degree in Aviation Maintenance from Southern Illinois University and a degree in Business Management from National Louis University. As the Director of Sales Operations for Festo Corporation, Sean and his teams support the end-to-end processes which connect Festo’s customers to the manufacturing and supply organization. As Director of Operations for Festo Didactic Incorporated, Sean is responsible for the engineering, manufacturing, and distribution of solutions for educational institutions and industrial customers to support workforce development.

Kyle Jones – Speaker
Professor Jones brings over 15 years of IT experience, from small business PC repair to Fortune 500 Sr. Security Infrastructure Admin. Holding CompTIA Strata, A+, Network+, Security+, CySA, ITIL Foundations certifications, he blends technical expertise with degrees in Network Engineering, Business, and a master’s in information assurance. Mr. Jones’s leadership at Sinclair College focuses on cybersecurity and CAE-CD designation for community colleges. He has presented at conferences nationwide and researched cyber defense strategies with the US Embassy in Israel.

Rob Edling – Speaker
Rob is a proud graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. He has successfully built and led recruitment teams nationwide, generating over $50 million in annual revenue. With a deep passion for continuous learning, Rob is always focused on improving processes and driving organizational growth. On a personal note, he is a devoted father of three and happily married to his high school sweetheart.
