Building a Competitive Workforce: Apprenticeship & Culture in Action
Join BCW/Workforce for our 5th Annual Workforce Development Forum, where business and workforce leaders will come together for a morning of ideas, connections, and practical strategies for building a stronger workforce.
This year’s forum focuses on two critical pieces of the workforce puzzle: workplace culture and apprenticeships.
🎤 Keynote: John Groom, VEGA — Explore how workplace culture can impact employee engagement, retention, and the overall success of an organization.
👥 Apprenticeship Panel — Hear from employers, educators, and workforce professionals about how apprenticeships are being used to develop talent, fill critical skill gaps, and create pathways to successful careers. The panel will be moderated by Laura Hicks of Butler Tech.
Whether you’re an employer, educator, community leader, workforce professional, or economic development partner, you’ll leave with new ideas, new connections, and practical strategies you can put into action.
